What you’re eating here — it’s not just food. It’s our story.
We grow our own vegetables just like my grandparents did. Fresh eggs from our chooks. Honey from our bees. We even pickle and preserve the old-school way — with a bit of salt, a lot of patience, and a whole lot of love.
And when we need something special, we call our mates — farmers from Kangaroo Island, the Barossa, Clare Valley, McLaren Vale. These are folks who take pride in what they grow and raise.
The cooking? It’s done over coals — low and slow — just like back in Ikaria. You’ll taste that smoky love in the lamb, the octopus, the roasted eggplant. Our food is generous, made to share, and designed for long conversations over long lunches.
The drinks list? Wines from Greece and SA, fresh cocktails with seasonal ingredients, and of course, a few cheeky house-made spirits.
